Due to the nature of our pet grooming products and to maintain strict hygiene standards, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

We kindly encourage you to review product details carefully before placing your order.

✅ Damaged or Defective Items

We’ve got you covered. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly provide a free replacement.

📹 Required Proof

To process your request, please provide:

  • A clear, unedited video of receiving the package
  • The video must show the parcel being opened
  • The damaged product must be clearly visible in the same video
This helps us verify claims fairly and continue offering quality service to all customers.

⚠️ Important Guidelines

  • The video must start before opening the package
  • Edited or cut videos will not be accepted
  • Requests without video proof cannot be processed
  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery

🚚 Replacement Process

Once your request is verified, our team will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
