🚫 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our pet grooming products and to maintain strict hygiene standards, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
✅ Damaged or Defective Items
We’ve got you covered. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly provide a free replacement.
📹 Required Proof
To process your request, please provide:
- A clear, unedited video of receiving the package
- The video must show the parcel being opened
- The damaged product must be clearly visible in the same video
⚠️ Important Guidelines
- The video must start before opening the package
- Edited or cut videos will not be accepted
- Requests without video proof cannot be processed
- Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery

Once your request is verified, our team will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
